02. Use of Platform
TweetTicker is designed for professional news monitoring. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all local laws and social media platform policies. Concurrent lane limits are enforced based on your subscription tier.
03. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal linked in your dashboard.
04. Limitation of Liability
TweetTicker is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data discrepancies, API downtime from third-party sources, or any financial decisions made based on the information displayed in your ticker lanes.
